[Openswan dev] openswan 2.6.24rc4 pushed, please test!

I just now tried 2 Ubuntu Mainline builds (vanilla source with Ubuntu's 
config): 2.6.28.10 and 2.6.32.2. Both work fine except for the tcpdump issue 
(and the known segfault when rmmod'ing ipsec.ko).
