[Openswan dev] UML testing VM uploaded

Hi,

I have uploaded a Virtual Machine that can be used for openswan "nightly"
regresion testing. It is configured to build and use the openswan UML based
testing infrastructure.

A very short README explaining how to start running tests can be found with
the VM image.

It currently has one bug in the uml_netjig code that we are trying to figure
out. It seems to be related to changing in the uml code for recent 2.6.21+
kernels.
