[Openswan dev] openswan ocf klips and linux 2.6.23

Has anyone used the 2.6.23 kernel with openswan (preferably 3.0.06)?
I'm interested in integrating ocf and klips together with openswan.
Is there a roadmap for openswan regarding the latest kernel versions?
