[Openswan dev] openswan 2.4.7 broken with kernel 2.4 series

I guess not. rc1 or so got tested. It changed after that :(

Ok, the fix is in CVS. We'll see what other things we encounter, and
then we'll release 2.4.8 in a week or two.
