[Openswan dev] insmod ipsec.ko error under Kernel 2.6.12.6

[AntZ]

   Hi, everyone! My Kernel version is 2.6.12.6 and openswan is 2.4.6 . When
I do [[insmod ipsec.ko]], I got this error [[insmod: cannot insert 'ipsec.ko':
File exists(-1): File exists]]. When I change the kernel to 2.6.15, it's OK!
There is bug in kernel 2.6.12.6?
