[Openswan dev] Additional Cisco vendorID

While connecting to a Cisco VPN 3000 Series, I noticed the following:

  ignoring unknown Vendor ID payload [4048b7d56ebce88525e7de7f00d6c2d3c0000000]

I got curious because the zeros at the end of this MD5 string were an
indication that some hex characters must have been appended. As you can
see from the patch this was indeed the case.
