[Openswan dev] problem of _updown

Hi All
     I want to install openswan2.4.6.But after `make programs`,it stoped at:
 "make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/openswan-2.4.6/programs/_updown' ".

My operating system is Fedora Core5(2.6.18-1.2200.fc5).Please help me.
