In HEAD, you may now do:

    make USE_OBJDIR=true programs 

and it will set up up OBJDIR=$OPENSWANSRCDIR/$OS.$ARCH, and then build
everything there.  

NOTE: it still builds the "checkprograms" (which includes uml_netjig) on
the "host". Otherwise, you might well be able to build with source on a
CDROM.

By default, "make uml" now sets USE_OBJDIR.

Make sure that your original directories are "make clean", or you will
get confusion from the VPATH.

So, if you want to build repeatedly with different options, or with
different compilers, you can do this easily.
