[Openswan dev] 2.4.5dr3 NAT-T + L2TP still broken

Hi,

since months I'm fighting against the NAT-T problem which was introduced
after 2.3.1. Windows XP SP2 (NAT-T, L2TP)  + IPSec 2.4.x (0-5dr3) +
l2tpd (rp-l2tp) + ppp with EAP-TLS does not work. I made a new bugreport
to http://bugs.xelerance.com/view.php?id=541

Hopefully anyone can track down this stuff or we have to stay on 2.3.1
:-(

And yes, I have tested smaller mtu packets and fragicmp=no, still
doesn't help.
