[Openswan dev] 2.4.29, ipsec.o busy

Hello,
I have the same problem. My settings are kernel 2.4.28 and openswan 2.3.1.
The problem does not exist if NAT-T is disabled in the config, but enable
in kernel and program code.
Any help would be apprechiated.
