[Openswan dev] openswan latest cvs problems

It's almost 12:30am here and I need sleep so apologies for a lack of
preamble. :)

1. ./programs/lwdnsq/Makefile appears to require /usr/lib/libpthread.a
   and /usr/lib/libc.a to be added to the LIBS line. Compile fails
   otherwise.

2. cvs checkout produces this error:

cvs checkout: use `cvs add' to create an entry for `openswan-2/testing/baseconfigs/east/etc/ipsec.d/private'

There's one more to come in the next message.
