[Openswan dev] new Microsoft vendor ID Vid-Initial-Contact

oakley.log shows this vendorid is "Vid-Initial-Contact", though this doesn't match the md5sum of the string.
Google just shows hits in oakley.logs. I think this vendor id only showed up after installing XP SP2.

I'm not entirely sure where to add this VID. Things seem a bit scattered between constants.c, vendor.c and other files.

Does anyone know what it is supposed to tell us?
