[Openswan dev] IPSECPOLICY flag in Makefile.inc

Hi,

I 'd like to know more about the USE_IPSECPOLICY flag in Makefile.inc
But default this flag is set FALSE :
USE_IPSECPOLICY?=false

So if we are speaking of the native 2.6 ipsec policies how can you epxlain that with this flag set to FALSE
my openswan 2.1.3 works perfectly well under native 2.6IPSEC (in replacement of setkey + racoon) ?

Did I misunderstand something ?
