[Openswan dev] ANNOUNCES 2.2.0dr1 is out

We've pushed 2.2.0dr1 out to the web/ftp site.  

Features:
1) DPD support, ported in from Openswan 1.x
2) AES Support, both for Kernel 2.4.x and 2.6 via CryptoAPI.  This is 
based on JuanJo's ALG patches, which mcr has modified to be part of a 
single ipsec.o module on 2.4

This is a developers release, meaning play with it on non-production 
systems, as we *know* there will be a bug or three left outstanding.
