Scary. Was this behaviour seen with KLIPS or with NETKEY (2.6 stuff)? Does
the other behave similarly? Or if you don't know, could you run it through
the other stack? I'd appreciate the answer very much.

So do we. Try out 2.3.0dr4, using 'make module26' and 'make m26instal'.
