Code submissions are welcome from anyone. They will not be judged on their
nationality, hair colour, sexual preference or the FBI's most wanted list.
We prefer to trace code submissions by having an author or company we can 
give credit to. This might also be useful in future legal issues.

Code submissions go in much faster if the appropriate test cases are
submitted together with the code. See the testing/ directory for details.
