Xelerance has released Openswan 1.0.8

Changes:

* Announce DPD w/Aggressive Mode (Andreas Steinmetz)
* Fix for overlapping VirtualIP false-error (Stephan Scholz)
* Fix NAT-T patch for 2.4.28+ (sock.h changes) (kb)
