leftsubnet=192.168.0.1/25 would give you 1-127,
leftsubnets={192.168.0.1/26 192.168.0.64/27} would give you 1-95.
Perhaps you could consider modifying your requirements a bit -
guessing, by modifying your DHCP scope.<br>

It should support 192.168.0.1/24 or /25. But if, as I suspect, you wish to
limit access to the VPN to specific IPs, you may need to use other methods.
