Hi ,<br> Try DPD options - that'll keep traffic flowing through the tunnel and would help keep it up if it is going down due to lack of traffic.<br> Thanks. <br><br><span style="font-family: Tahoma,Helvetica,Sans-Serif; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">-<span style="font-family: Times New Roman,Times,Serif;"> Simon Charles - </span></span><br><br><br><br><br><hr id="stopSpelling">Date: Tue, 21 Dec 2010 11:19:14 +0100<br>From: long@magillem.com<br>To: users@openswan.org<br>Subject: [Openswan Users] vpn connection is down regularly<br><br>

<br>
I successfully created a vpn connection with openSwan but it seems
that the connection close after a fiew hours. I would like this
connection to be up 24/7. Is there an option to change in the
configuration file to make it possible ? <br>
<br>
Here is my ipsec.conf file :)<br>
