Nope - still getting the error on diferring size. Could that size
difference be related to using the wrong modp group setting in the
proposal? I don't think so but then again what do I know, right?<br>

Here's the patch. I've given it a fair bit of testing locally but
would appreciate feedback. This is a more pedantic version of what I have
been testing over the weekend, in that it always initialises reply_buffer
before adding the header to be sure.
I haven't seen any problems with this version, but YMMV.
