to set up ipsec.exe but was
told lsipsectool was a better choice. Found the program on sourceforge

 color="#000000">When I did it, I just installed the program and set-up
was self-explanatory.&nbsp; There are a few IP addresses to enter and browse
for the certificate (which should already be installed, via MMC or
maybe the certimport utility).&nbsp; That was it.&nbsp; It is a very simple tool
to use.</font><br>
