Looks like the C compiler binary may not be in your path (make[2]: cc:
Command not found)
If you have gcc a quick hack would be to have a soft link called cc
pointing to gcc.

I have search a solution for a network-to-network connection using NAT.
But all task was unsuccessful.

 

This is the error when I try to run "make program" from
/usr/src/openswan-2.4.5/:
