[Openswan Users] Openswan + IPv6

Hello,
First thanks for Gerhard Gessler and c....

I just want to know how to use the ipv6 patch for openswan ?
(openswan-2.1.1-4-ipv6.patch from openswan-2.1.1-4-ipv6.patch)
Is it like a real patch for the kernel . (command patch -p0....) or is
it something else ?
Could you give me more details and the command to aply it ?
