[Openswan Users] Help:no SEND_NOTIFICATION in openswan2.1.0rc

Hi,All
	I find that there are "SEND_NOTIFICATION" function in programs/pluto/demux.c of openswan2.1.0rc version.Without this,how does openswan send notification(such as INVALID_PAYLOAD_TYPE,PAYLOAD_MALFORMED,...) to peer gateway?
