  We have been told that we will not be able to "delegate" the logo in any
way. There are two ways that we can do things:

     1) Xelerance takes Openswan to VPNC and tests it in some default
	configuration. We can use the logo, and distros/vendors can 
	point to our page, but can not use it in their marketing literature.

     2) Xelerance (or anyone else) can offer to provide technical support
	for any vendor/distro that wants to take Openswan to VPNC.

  Note that VPNC does the testing, not us.

  Clearly if #1 has been done, the likely hood of #2 being hard to do 
is very low. However, it is often the case that a distro/vendor puts some
kind of UI on the code that limits the ability for the code to pass.
